Bringing across more than 45 years of experience in A/C contracting and general maintenance,
the Swairjo family has been a pioneer in the respective filed across the GCC and Levant
region.
In 1962, The Maintenance Company was steered by the late Hassan Swairjo in Kuwait,
cornering the biggest projects available then, such as the Kuwait Electrical National Station
(1970), Kuwait Technology College (1972), Al Khalegia Mall (1987), Kuwait University (1985),
South Shopping Center (1985), North Shopping Center (1987), Al Asmak Building (1988), and
much more.
In 1989, we penetrated the Dubai market and later on with the addition of a subsidiary, REMAX
Real Estate, which managed our properties and the properties of our patrons. Headed by Jaber
